Recently had the pleasure of working with Eagle Plumbing and was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of work provided. I initially contacted them late in the afternoon, around 4–5 p.m., regarding an issue at my property and sent several videos explaining the problem. I received an immediate response, along with a clear explanation of the recommended repairs and a fair quote for the work. They scheduled me for the following morning and arrived promptly as promised. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The work was completed efficiently, professionally, and with great attention to cleanliness and detail. What stood out most was their preparedness, they arrived fully equipped with all necessary parts and materials, allowing the repairs to be completed without delays or additional trips. While on-site, I discussed two additional plumbing projects I needed completed. They were able to provide knowledgeable recommendations and accurate quotes immediately, which gave me confidence to move forward with the additional work the same day. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. The pricing was very reasonable, the workmanship was excellent, and the overall customer service was outstanding. Based on this experience, I have already decided to hire them again for work at one of my rental properties.

I had a very bad experience with Eagle Plumbing. My hot water heater was leaking and they determined it was a faulty valve. There was a delay while they ordered the correct part. They then failed to show up for three successive appointments each time without notifying me in advance by call or text. After that, they refused to take or return my phone calls.

They told me they had a free service call and then charged $150 to remove hair from a drain in the shower in 10 minutes. And they wanted to charge me $300 at first. Should have not been more than $100 even. I should have called someone else but I rented the house and the people wanted it fixed quickly so I had to let them proceed.

They did a great job in installing all new pipes throughout my house. They made a plan before cutting through the walls and kept the destruction to a minimal.

Irresponsible drivers. They passed me using the shoulder of the highway, which could have caused an accident. I would not hire a company whose drivers drive like that.

I have used Eagle Plumbing for many years and never have an issue. Recently I had my garbage disposal go bad and they came and replaced it and the pricing was very fair. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely phenomenal service from Eagle Plumbing! Pedro saved the day when a leak outside our house caused a major headache. Not only did he expertly fix the leak, but he went above and beyond by elevating the land to prevent future pooling issues. Pedro's professionalism, expertise, and dedication to solving our problem promptly deserves nothing less than 5 stars. Highly recommend Eagle Plumbing for any plumbing needs!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY-DO NOT USE!! I contacted them thru Thumbtack to install a new water heater. They returned call quickly and were there within the hour but charged double what others wanted. I called another contractor who couldn’t come today but said job was half of what they quoted. So I asked if they could do the job, since they were onsite for half the price and they agreed. That should have been my first red flag. They were thieves from the start. They offered a 90 warranty on their work. Next morning my garage flooded due to poor installation. I called them and they wanted to charge me the “other half” to fix. Samuel said that’s what his boss said… they wouldn’t acknowledge “warranty” when I asked to speak to the Boss and for their license numbers…. They jumped in the truck and sped off. The boss is supposedly Yomel Reyes who never called back! They invoiced me under another company name-I’m not even sure whoever was sent was even licensed! I feel that they knew it wasn’t installed properly and that we’d call back for them to fix it…. So they could charge us “what was owed” to them. BEWARE!
